I find life in the fast lane useful. Wave-Maven (off lowdowntracks4impact.com) is popular among the residents here. I used it myself a few years back to refresh my ECG reading skills and found it an excellent resource, with associated stems elaborating on clinical context and detailed explanations around each answer. After the first 72 pages, this book then distills the subsequent material with reworking and additional illustrations. It is a less bulky book, at less than half the thickness and weight of the book. It shares with the book the same horizontal and awkward format (but also many of the full-scale ECGs).
